Part 2

By Carole Smith

Carole Smith is a psychoanalytical psychotherapist living in London.  She is the author of another paper on the subject of technology which accesses the mind: “On the Need for New Criteria for Diagnosis of Psychosis in the Light of Mind-Invasive Technology” published by the Journal of Psycho-Social Studies in 2003.

FROM THE MANIPULATION OF INDIVIDUALS TO THE MANIPULATION OF SOCIETIES: RESONATING TO A TIN PLATE IN THE SKY.

A system devised for the manipulation of individuals can be adapted to influence whole societies.  There is a great need to understand how, in the hands of those with the power to organise social systems, the Klystron technology has a critical role to perform on a vast scale, through the linking of a transducer to antennae, both receiving and transmitting, the most common of which are the dish antennae used for satellite communications.

If we are to preserve freedom and the right to our own minds, it is no longer possible to proceed without some understanding of physics applied to human biology. In an age in which children can master complex computer programmes, they must also understand how their minds and bodies can be manipulated  by physics linked to computer technology.

The human being is a source of energy. An energy source can be harnessed  in order to transfer energy. It is necessary to apprehend the methods by which this energy can be both transferred and exploited as a means of empowering others and/or  fuelling systems.

For large-scale societal systems, the methods of locating and detecting must be installed on a simplified basis, as the experimental system for individuals would not be practicable.

The ID card, which is extendable through ‘function creep’, provides biometric information which would makes possible the reading of individual brain frequency, along with iris scanning or whatever is presented as a marker.   Together with the cell-phone signal, it would provide location detection and the means of imposing the electromagnetic field on a human.  This would enable a person to be used as a transducer, linked to antennae, both receiving and transmitting, the most common of which are the dish antennae used for satellite communications, and specifically the helical antenna.

The helical antenna is a specialised antenna that emits and responds to electromagnetic fields with rotating, circular polarisation. It is designed for use with an unbalanced feed-line such as co-axial cable. The central conductor of the cable is connected to the helical element, and the shield of the cable is connected to the reflector.

The helical element has a radius determined by the frequency for its application. If the helix or reflector is too small  (the frequency too low) the efficiency is degraded. Maximum radiation and response from the electromagnetic fields occur along the axis of the helix.

Helical antennae are commonly connected together in so-called bays of two, four, or occasionally more elements, with a common reflector.  The entire assembly can be rotated in the horizontal (azimuth) and vertical (elevation) planes, so the system can be aimed towards a particular satellite. If the satellite is not in a geostationary orbit, the azimuth and elevation rotators can be operated by a computerized robot that is programmed to follow the course of the satellite across the sky. Computer and Internet wireless applications are also accessible through the parabolic or spherical reflector system of this system of dish antennae which are generally only operationally practicable at microwave frequencies (above approximately 3 Ghz).

The potential for mass radiation and influence through the combined use of Klystron technology as a supplier for superheterodyne (mixed frequency) radar receivers and producer of high-power carrier waves for communications systems, forms the basis for the freeing of the air waves for operation in frequencies in the spectrum, not limited to the microwave frequency.  This potential may go a long way to explaining why disclosure of its use as a method for experimenting on individuals has been put on permanent hold.  Do governments who ban smoking and seek to impose strict regulations on carbon emission not consider that the public need be informed that microwave to ultra-violet rays can radiate whole societies if the airwaves are freed for use by this combined system? Are they already immersed in efforts that have got beyond their control?  It is too late.  The private sector has got its hands on the communications systems. Democracy is Dead. The death rattle is the sound of sirens you can hear all over London, and in the constant circling of the helicopters, in an effort to show they have control.

If there was ever a cause for revolution it is this – to protest with outrage that one’s children should be forcefully conscripted to the automatic control of tin plates in the sky, by people who hide their crimes behind cynical fatuities and criminal deceptions.

FEED LINES, AND LESSONS FROM THE KLYSTRON

In a wireless communications or broadcasting antenna system, the feed that connects the antenna to the receiver, transmitter, or transceiver. The line transfers radio-frequency energy from a transmitter to an antenna, and/or from an antenna to a receiver, but, if operating properly, does not radiate or intercept energy itself.

The three types of cable are co-axial cable, parallel-wire, and lines, which work with dipole magnets.

Coaxial cable is a wire conductor shield by tubular, braided metallic shield. The conductor is kept at the centre of the shield by a dielectric, which is usually solid or foamed polyethylene. The shield is connected to RF ground, while the centre conductor carries the signal. The shield prevents the electromagnetic field EM inside the cable from escaping, and also prevents EM energy from entering the cable from outside.

Coaxial cables are used at frequencies below approximately 1 gigahertz.

Parallel-wire line consists of two wires running alongside each other. At each point along the line, the RF current in the two wires are always equal in magnitude but opposite in direction. The two wires are spaced together in terms of the EM wavelength. Because of this, the EM fields from the two wires practically cancel out each other in the region outside the line. This prevents the line from radiating energy RF energy.  In receiving systems, EM fields from the external environment induce RF currents that flow in the same direction in both conductors, while responding to RF currents that flow in opposite directions. This prevents external EM fields from affecting the line.  Parallel-wire line is rarely employed in commercial installations, but a prefabricated form, called TV ribbon, is sometimes used with television receivers in fringe areas for reception of channels.

Another type of two-wire line, known as window line, ladder line, or open wire, is popular among amateur operators and shortwave listeners.

A waveguide is a hollow metallic tube or pipe with circular or rectangular cross section.  The diameter of the wavelength is comparable to the wavelength of the EM field.  The EM field travels along the inside of the waveguide in a manner somewhat analogous to the way sound waves propagate down a narrow tunnel. The metal structure prevents EM fields inside the waveguide from escaping, and also prevents external EM fields from penetrating in the interior. Waveguides are used at microwave frequencies, that is, 1 GHz and above.

Because the currents in a parallel-wire line always exactly cancel or each other, this type of line constitutes a balanced feed line.  Such lines work best with antenna systems that are bilaterally symmetrical; an example is the dipole antenna.  Co-axial cables and waveguides are unbalanced feed lines.  This type of line will work satisfactorily with antennas that are not symmetrical. With the use of a transformer called a balun (contraction of word “balanced’ and ‘unbalanced’), coaxial cables and waveguides can be used with symmetrical antennae.  The dipole antenna is a straight electrical conductor measuring 1/2 wavelength from end to end and connected at the centre to a radio frequency RF feed line.

The dipole antenna is, ideally, fed with a balanced parallel wire RF Transmission line.

TAKING OVER THE FEED LINES

This paper set out to see how individuals could be exploited and controlled by those in possession of the technological means to do so.  We have looked at restriction and imbalance of feed lines which created by the pencil electron beam from the Klystron which through charged particles imposes a spiralling or helical EM force in the body. We have also seen that the chamber of the Klystron is held parallel to the frequency in the subject’s body. This is an essentially unbalanced and inequitable relationship of master and servant – the unbalanced parallel system.  It seems out of the question that, by the mixing of balanced and unbalanced feed lines,  this system of fixed feed lines would not be adapted for use in society.

With the advent of satellite communications, the three systems mentioned above all have application in a system of feed lines to electronic systems – communications and broadcasting systems. In the hands of those who control these systems, access to every computer screen and telecommunication link is facilitated. The parallel-wire, however, appears to suggest that the feeds could be adapted for use in much the same way that the trapped person provides the source of energy to the two-cavity Klystron.

By this system of communications access,  not only can energy be stolen, but everything that a person produces – be it in writing or thought.  To the powerful talentless rich are offered  up the talents and work of the poor.[1]  This is ‘the new  dawn’.

DETECTION AIDS – THE LARMOR RADIUS and MAGNETIC MIRRORS

The Larmor Radius is the radius of the circular orbit that a charged particle describes transverse to a magnetic field.[2]

An experiment carried out at the Plasma Physics Laboratory at Columbia University[3] in 1978, observes a dissipative universal instability caused by the presence of magnetically trapped electrons and excited by finite Larmor radius effects.

“The experiment is performed in a linear device (cf particle accelerator or synchrotron) having two magnetic mirrors.  An ion cyclotron resonance scheme is used to heat the ions (protons) from one to ten eV in order to enhance the effect of finite ion Larmor radius. Ion Landau damping is observed to become important in the case of hot ions and short magnetic mirror cell length.”

Since the diameter of the wavelength is comparable to the wavelength of the electromagnetic (EM) field, the detection by the (dipole) antenna of higher frequencies will indicate electromagnetic fields of greater magnitude.[4] In plasma physics these high power RF waves are detectable in plasma wavelengths.  Computations of RF wave behaviour can be complicated by the fact that electromagnetic waves in plasma can have much shorter wavelengths than they would in a vacuum.  Electrons and even the slower ions, can have thermal velocities comparable to the wave speeds and so can have resonant interactions with the waves. As a result, the plasma current induced by the wave at a given time can reflect instability in the Larmor radius, in which case an ion cyclotron resonance scheme is used to heat the ions (protons) to enhance the effect of finite ion Larmor radius.

Whereas in the Klystron, a pencil slim electron  beam was generated,

the electrons, or particle trajectory, can now, presumably, be generated from synchrotron radiation using the guiding centre of the Larmor radius which pertains over a designated area. Once the straight trajectory is described around the magnetic field line, the confinement solution is imposed  - closing the magnetic field line on itself to trap the particle.

There appears not to be a great deal of detailed information about the applications of the Larmor radius but there is a clue in the service provided by the email address below, at least in September, 2005.

One might hypothesize that, given some additional information, a synchrotron light source,  and armed with calculations provided using the  Larmor radius[5]  ‘for any particle and for any position’– a skilled trapper can get to work on a short list of preselected candidates submitted to the commissioner like a dinner menu.  (One recalls the stories of   Idi Amin eating the brains or other parts of his enemies, and keeping some heads in the deep freeze.) Those with the wherewithal can have a hit list: anyone who has slighted you, or has too much say in some area rather special to you, fox-hunting opponents, say, or  journalists who have been critical of you, some actress who got the part when you were turned down – off with their head,[6] or at least send out the lasers and suck them dry.[7]  It will be ingested if not cognitised.   Damaged narcissism will have its revenge.

 TAKING OVER THE FEED LINES

This paper set out to see how individuals could be exploited and controlled by those in possession of the technological means to do so.  We have looked at restriction and imbalance of feed lines which created by the pencil electron beam from the Klystron which through charged particles imposes a spiralling EM force in the body. We have also seen that the chamber of the Klystron is held parallel to the frequency in the subject’s body. We also see that this is an essentially unbalanced and inequitable relationship of master and servant.  It seems out of the question that this system of fixed feed lines has not been adapted and set in use for society, and this system does not contravene the basic rights of individuals in what is a basic right to freedom in a democratic society.

With the advent of satellite communications, the three systems mentioned above all have application in a system of feed lines to electronic systems – communications and broadcasting systems. In the hands of those who control these systems, access to every computer screen and telecommunication link is facilitated. Co-axial cable is the one that least concerns us here.  The parallel-wire, however, appears to suggest that the feeds could be adapted for use in much the same way that the trapped person provides the source of energy to the two-cavity Klystron.  If we substitute ‘information’ for ‘energy’ – although the information or work may be course the result of enormous energy, and resulting from a lifetime’s experience. In the case of special abilities or creativity, then the value for the person from whom it is robbed, the value is inestimable.

BEHAVIOUR OF ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD – HYDRODYNAMIC INTERPRETATION

Key words:  magnetic fluid; electrical fluid; electrical charges.

1. The electro and magnetic fields   are generated by electric charges.

2. The electric and magnetic fields interact only with each other.

3. The electric and magnetic fields produce forces on electric charges.

4. The electric charges move in space.

In the absence of charges, the electric and magnetic fluids that permeate space and/or  which are activated in the body would be at rest.

Electric charges act either as sources or sinks of the electric fluid.

An electron is constantly absorbing electric fluid around it at some rate.

Protons are the reverse – they constantly pour electric ‘liquid’ towards the surrounding space – liquid moves away from the proton with speed.

Magnetic liquid has no sources or sinks – nothing can pour out or suck it up magnetic fluid.

If magnetic fluid is standing still, it can be stirred up making it move in closed circles and closed loops (vortical motion).

To keep it moving in the same loop, some force has to keep stirring it up.

If the electrical fluid starts to accelerate in a certain direction it will cause a vortex of magnetic fluid to move in circles around the direction in which its electrical fluid is accelerating. As soon as the electrical fluid stops accelerating, the vortex of the magnetic fluid vanishes.

Electrical fluid will not accelerate spontaneously – it must be forced.

The same thing then indirectly causes the magnetic vortex to be stirred up. The magnetic vortex won’t arise spontaneously.

If a magnetic fluid accelerates in a certain direction it causes the electrical fluid to move in a vortex which circles around the direction of acceleration in the direction opposite to the right hand rule.

Summarily:

An acceleration of the electrical fluid causes a positive vortex of magnetic ‘liquid’ to move around it.

But an acceleration of the magnetic liquid causes a negative vortex of electric liquid to flow around it.

The opposite signs create a negative feedback loop.

Thus LENZ’S LAW:

The electromagnetic field induced in an electric circuit always acts in such a direction that the current it drives around a closed circuit produces a magnetic field which opposes the change in magnetic flux which produces the electromagnetic field.

Lenz’s Law is consistent with the principle of the conservation of energy.

However, applied to humans – and it is this principle that someone sometime somewhere saw fit to apply to humans to see how they would react - it is to impose a state which is experienced as the cancelling out or annulling of every kinetic or creative  impulse, or  the acting out  of thought, or to translate  an idea into action. To say that the effects are to create confusion, conflict and frustration would be to underestimate the sensations. If the energy is conserved, it is conserved for the use of those who might be the recipients under the terms that have been outlined in the previous sections through the unbalanced feed-lines by which transfer of energy and the accessing of ideas is now possible.[8]

The manipulation of the electrical and magnetic fluids create a positive or a negative feedback.

In receiving systems EM fields from the external environment induce RF currents that flow in the same directions in each conductor. If the human subject is subjected to an acceleration of magnetic fluid, it circles round in the opposite direction in a negative vortex. The radiofrequency charge emitted by the acceleration of electrical fluid can be redirected outwards to another, a receiver,  through the parallel wires running alongside each other, spaced close together in terms of EM wavelength but practically cancelling each other out, being equal in magnitude but opposite in direction. The

principle is not, again, so different from that of the positive reinforcement of the stolen electron, forced away  through the wave-guide, leaving the negative ion.

The Reversed-Field Pinch also  works towards a state of ‘minimum energy’. The magnetic field lines are  reversed.

This is Physics applied once more to humans as if they were insentient, but since it has a very clearly defined system of profit and loss, winner and loser, it is not the product of theoretical physics so much as physics applied for effecting gross inequality.  It is, in its acting out, criminal vandalism – a shameful system of theft designed with contempt, for appropriation of energy for profit, and for class suppression. It is also the very corruption of nature.

REGENERATIVE MEDECINE, AND RADIATIVE TRANSFER.

The market for regenerative medicine, biotechnology, neurological enhancement, and specialised cosmetic procedures, is thriving. The State of California has allocated $3 billion to cell stem research.  In a world where celebrity glamour is of such importance, it is difficult to imagine the beneficiaries of such radiative properties giving up their addiction to their new drug without a struggle. The specialised techniques which enable the transfer of human properties from their original owner to another needs to be strongly emphasised

This new matter, by Radiative Transfer, is virtually the transfer of electromagnetic energy, and that, most importantly, includes human energy. It has become a study in its own right.

Physics  - in space - is  very much in need of a model in astrophysics – the transfer of radiation in the stellar atmosphere.

The following is an extract from a US government science article on lasers:

“One of the unique capabilities of high-energy lasers is that they can reach sufficient energy density, albeit for short times, to permit the study of radiation transfer as a topic in its own right. Since the transport of radiation plays an integral part in stellar interiors, as well as in inertial confinement fusion (ICF) implosions, this has become an area of some interest.

There are clearly two general regimes. In the first regime, when the transfer of radiation occurs in material that satisfies the conditions for local thermodynamic equilibrium, the transfer is studied as a flow of radiation through the material. In these experiments we are interested in measuring flow characteristics as these are represented by quantities such as the Rosseland opacities and described by the radiation diffusion approximation.

The second regime deals with plasmas that do not satisfy the conditions for LTE* and the demands become somewhat more complex. Whereas in LTE we can use the Saha-Boltzmann equation or some related statistical method to obtain populations, in NLTE cases we require atomic models of some sophistication that demand rates for all the processes of importance. In addition, the radiation diffusion equation is no longer useful, and we must solve the detailed radiative transfer equation that, in general, must be solved self-consistently with the rate equations.“[9]

FUSION ENERGY

At Los Alamos National Laboratory, there is great interest in a nuclear fusion technique which  is a pulsed high energy density approach to achieving fusion that combines features of both inertial ICF and magnetic fusion (MFE) techniques. This new low-cost development path, Magnetized Target Fusion, cites as its  ‘essential ingredient’: “the magnetic field to insulate fuel from its surroundings”  - a description which couldn’t be bettered for the effect of trapping a human being in his own body plasma, or more precisely, in his/her magnetic fluid.

“In the quest for fusion energy, sometimes Mother Nature helps. Certain plasma configurations exhibit properties known as “self organization” where the plasma alters externally applied magnetic field in a way that improves the confinement properties needed for fusion”.

It is in the spheromak[10] that the body provides an obvious model, although at Los Alamos the credit is not given at all specifically.

Magnetized Target Fusion heats fuel by compressing it inside an imploding wall or “pusher”. The magnetic field is embedded in the fuel to insulate it from the pusher. The implosions are driven electromagnetically. MTF use  field reverse configuration and  is interested in the spheromak, which is the shape  which most resembles the human body, as it not only is longitudinally extended in its poloidal geometry, but open ended, from which a little bit of its plasma is allowed to “leak out”. Leakage, both in the man-made model as exhaust vacuum or recycling of fuel, and leakage in the form of human emission of body plasma, is about gases. The driver, or “pusher” which causes the implosion by electromagnetic pressure, the ‘injections of sloshing ions,’ the ‘skin depths’, the ‘gas bubbles’ – all bear such resemblance to the workings and dysfunctions of the body, and most particularly in the language of confinement and birth, as to remind us that all inventions are also the product of the dynamics of the minds which create them.

BODY PARTS

It is surprising how many body parts can be taken to the spectrometers to be processed and formed into analyte compounds.  Surgical procedures  for removal of benign tumours, appendices, tonsils – all these can be a valuable source for   the acquiring of a person’s genome characteristics. If it is known that the target is going in to hospital – a popular place through the decades for security service interventions, the contents of the surgical bin following a particular procedure can be procured by slipping a tenner to one of the staff. For serious protracted ventures, like the acting out of mind-body experiments, in which it is required for one person to swap – steal – the other’s identity, then a large dollop of body tissue will nevertheless get the recipient off to a good start for the cloning process.  The rest can be done with soil and urine samples, nasal mucous and sexual emissions, gradually added and adapted until frequency modulations produce a fair match to the biology of the original, who will be kept alive to be the suppliers of their body plasma. It is a science in its infancy, and many more refined techniques will surely eventuate from the same stable. Perhaps those far better qualified than the author will help to explain how it can be done. It will, though, presumably, become clearer in the years to come whether the science, at present unregulated, will continue to prove worthy of government funding, or whether it will be limited to the private sector.

THE SANDMAN COMETH

Samples of body plasma, first obtained - would then be analysed.[11] These can be taken by laser probes which can travel in a radius

determined by their power and range capability, silently and invisibly, and are despatched like the sandman, to collect samples of body plasma from any target, either by night, and also quite easily also by day, since the effect of the nasal intrusion creates an irritating sensation which gives the person the feeling that a they might want to sneeze, and they brush their nose as if to brush away an insect.  This furtive organised crime is surely  the product of a mind absolutely bereft of decency, so utterly contemptuous of humanity that it will take years for people to believe it possible. In the meanwhile, the procurers of bodily fluids snigger at their cleverness and enjoy their rejuvenating processed proteins. It needs to be said again that in keeping with the double gains of the Klystron techniques, this method of purloining proteins exchanges progressive weakening and debilitation to the people which it farms. It is an effective method of weakening a whole class of people who are deemed mere fodder for the rich. The world’s resources have shrunk, and the colonisers have turned into cannibals once more. The invisible lasers can get up your nose at night, and into other places too -  and turn the droplets to money. Mind control is so yesterday. Enhancement is now the key word.

Before collected samples can be mixed with the new owner’s cathode, they must be put through ‘cleaning up’ procedures so that there will be complete peace of mind about their suitability. The samples are sent to  the gas chromatography/mass spectrometry centres for processing.

GAS  CHROMATOGRAPHY - MASS SPECTROMETRY

(GC/MS)

At King’s College London (School of Health and Life Sciences),

Gas chromatography’s separation power combines with the detection  capabilities of Mass Spectrometry analysis to offer the following:

“Samples such as water, soil, urine and blood plasma have to be subjected to a “clean-up” operation prior to analysis in order to extract and concentrate the more volatile, low molecular mass components. Extraction can be performed by organic solvents or by sold phase extraction. (SPE)”

The detection method for the Mass Spectrometry available is electronic ionisation, with two different modes: scanning and selected ion monitoring (SIM).

Following volatilisation in the heated injector, the mixture is pushed by a pressurised carrier gas (usually helium) through the Gas

Chromatography column, which is heated in an oven. The column has an inner coating of a special liquid hence the proper name Gas-Liquid

Chromatography.

The scanning mode provides a fairly reproducible mass spectral fragmentation pattern  (“Fingerprinting”) from which it is often possible to deduce structural features (mass spectra).  These “fingerprints” can also be compared with those stored in a standard database (mass spectral library) and the Facility at the Department at King’s College are currently available for help with problem solving.

“Although considerable care must be exercised in interpreting the results of such comparisons, this is often a useful technique in helping to identify unknowns, or to quickly eliminate known compounds from

further consideration.”

Selected Ion Monitoring (SIM):

SIM is a much more sensitive technique for trace quantitative analysis. Here, instead of scanning a whole spectrum, only a few ions are detected during the GC separation. This can result in as much as a 500-fold increase in sensitivity, at the expense of specificity. Stable isotope-labelled internal standards can be employed. Software is available for such analysis. Depending on the analyte, low picogram to nanogram amounts can be measured using this powerful technique, which also lends itself to the analysis of mixtures such as hydrocarbons, fragrances, essential oils and relatively non-polar drugs.  The range of suitable analytes can be extended  to steroids, polar drugs, prostaglandins, bile acids, organic acids, amino acids and small peptides.[12]

The gas, spectrometrised into an analyte and formed into a  compound which bears the characteristics of both donor and recipient, in a new form as  a gel or perfumed and energising additive. The onset of that aching hip joint may have been induced for an osteoporosis study, or in order to find a more effective hip replacement procedure.

STEM CELLS AND OTHER GAINS FROM PRECIOUS BODILY FLUIDS

Stem cells are primal undifferentiated cells which retain the ability to differentiate into other cell types. This ability allows them to act as a repair system for the body, replenishing other cells as long as the organism is alive.

The natural body fluids include, as we saw earlier, those that are rich in nutrients and  hormones, including natural sexual fluids.

Olfactory mucosa cells found in the nasal region include renewable neurons, remyelinating olfactory ensheathing cells, and progenitor stem cells.

“Adult stem cells isolated from the olfactory mucosa (cells lining the inside of the nose involved in the sense of smell) have the ability to develop into many different cell types. They appear to have the same ability as embryonic stem cells in giving rise to many different cell types but have the advantage that they can be obtained from all individuals, even older people who might be most in need to stem cell therapies…

Adult olfactory stem cells are readily obtainable from the nose and relatively easy to grow and multiply in the lab. In a few weeks we can make plenty of cells for transplantation.

An advantage of adult stem cells is that since they can be harvested from the patient, potential ethical issues and immunogenic rejection are averted….”

 (From: Wikipedia, the free Encyclopedia.)[13]

The nasal cavity also affords access to the brain stem which is connected to the spine through the cerebrospinal fluids which flow through the brain to the spine.  Some tumours occurring in the brain are accessed surgically through the nasal cavity.  It is therefore possible, to take samples of cerebrospinal fluid.

Not only can particles be injected from a very safe distance, but also natural body emissions can be extracted with no visible, audible, tactile, evidence.

Direct laser desorption relies on the very rapid heating of the sample or sample substrate to vaporize molecules so quickly that they do not have time to decompose. Since the ions are created in bursts, it was only the technique being coupled to Time-of–Flight for scanning which brought success. Therefore a mass analyser such as time-of-flight (TOF) or Fourier transform ion cyclotron (FTICR) was required.

The UK created the first embryonic stem cell bank in May 2004 at King’s College, London.

UK HUMAN EMBRYONIC STEM CELLS

Human embryonic stem cells have been grown in the UK for the first time, it was announced in The Lancet. (2005) Dr Stephen Minger stated: “The things we’re most interested in are Type 1 diabetes and Parkinson’s disease.” Anti-abortion organisations described the research as unethical and unnecessary, but the embryo used at King’s was donated to the researchers by its biological parents, who have finished their IVF treatment.

Scientists are interested in stem cells because they have the potential to become virtually any other kind of cell in the body and so might be used to replace tissues that have failed. The head of the research team

told the BBC that the breakthrough of a “bank” of stem cells would greatly help research in the UK.

There are only around a dozen lines of cells cultivated from human embryos available to researchers in the world and the creation of a UK source for the cells will make access in Europe much easier.

Stem cells were first grown from human embryos over four years ago.

The King’s line will be deposited in a European stem cell bank based in Hertfordshire, England.

The team at King’s was one of the first two to gain a licence from the UK regulatory body in this area – the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority – to carry out such work after the House of Lords recommended approving human embryonic stem cell research in 2002.

They will now go on to try to develop procedures to guide and control the growth of stem cells so that they can reliably generate useful types of cell. [14]

TRANSHUMANISM

As proponents of personal evolution and self-creation, transhumanists tend to utilize technologies and techniques that improve cognitive and physical performance, while engaging in specific routines and lifestyles designed to extend health and prolong life (see cyborg). The term cyborg, a portmanteau of cybernetic organism, is used to designate an organism which is a mixture of organic and mechanical parts. ...

Many transhumanists are actively seeking to become transhuman or posthuman, which they claim is the next significant evolutionary step for the human species. It is supposed that specific biotechnological and nanotechnological innovations will facilitate such a leap by the midpoint of the 21st century. Depending on their age, some transhumanists worry that they will not live to reap the benefits of these future technologies. However with this knowledge, many have a great interest in life-extension practices and as a last resort cryonic suspension. Transhumanism is an emergent school of speculative philosophy analysing or favouring the use of science and technology, especially neurotechnology, biotechnology, and nanotechnology, to overcome human limitations and improve the human condition. ... A posthuman is a hypothetical future being whose basic capacities so radically exceed those of present humans as to be no longer human by our current standards. ...

Transhumanists are also forming regional and global networks and communities to provide support and forums for discussion and working on collaborative projects.

THE ATOM BASHERS

According to Edmund Wilson, Head of the CERN Accelerator School, Geneva: (An Introduction to Particle Accelerators):

“There are more than ten thousand particle accelerators in the world from the linear accelerators used for cancer therapy in modern hospitals to the giant 'atom-smashers' at international particle physics laboratories used to unlock the secrets of creation.”

The Klystron is also the driving force behind the new particle accelerators.  At Stanford University, (SLAC) the first Free Electron Accelerator was set up some years ago, using two ultra powerful beams of radiation, which collide head-on with 47-billion-electronvolt electrons shot down the two-mile run.

The Free Electron Laser Accelerator at Stanford University (SLAC) is the first X-ray Free Electron Laser. Using two ultra powerful beams of radiation, the photons from the weaker laser were allowed to collide almost head-on with 47-billion-electronvolt electrons shot down the Stanford particle accelerator. The violent collisions that ensued between the gamma photons and the weaker laser’s photons created an enormous electromagnetic field – ‘‘so high that the vacuum within the experiment spontaneously broke down, creating real particles of matter and anti-matter”, according to the Stanford spokesman.

They had created matter from colliding photons of radiation, never observed in laboratory experiments before, although it is believed to take place in some stars.

The most difficult part, the scientists said, was that the pulse had to be timed to collide with an electron pulse almost as it emerged from the two-mile-long beam line.

They have, however, created the means to capture the bursts of ionising energy observable now in living humans in the form of x-ray light.  This laser of such power and speed, driven by microwave and radio frequency Klystrons, probe apertures, inject particles, strip electrons, create ions, move them apart, carry them back as a gas or light, and transform them for a variety of designated uses to create and transfer energy. Using particle accelerators as projectiles, energy can be created in the matrix, the matrix solution stripped and depleted, and the newly created positive energy, bred by force and extracted from the owner, transported back by travelling wave, at time of flight, at the speed of light.[15]

The potential use of the public as a means of harvesting and stockpiling raw human material as a ‘fast track’ approach to the development of fusion energy, represents the means to a shocking new barbarism.

If you can extract one electron from a human brain in a raid by a laser, you may have enough for an entire programme, and by repeated raids, the extracted matter for cloning. To quote the Professor at Michigan University, Philip Bucksbaum – one electron is sufficient to remember the entire contents of the Library of Congress. Since electrons, like all elementary particles, are actually waves, Bucksbaum has found a way to phase-encode any number of ones and zeros along a single electron’s continuously oscillating waveform.[16]

And if you can extract one electron from a  human brain in a raid by a laser, you may have enough  for a whole programme.

KLYSTRONS AS SUPERCONDUCTORS

An infinite stretch of them can be seen in the photograph of the SNS Klystron Gallery Superconducting Section of the Spallation Neutron Source at the Rutherford-Appleton  Laboratory in Didcot, Oxfordshire, the home of the first of the new class of powerful accelerators, or ‘atom bashers’ in the UK.

Rutherford-Appleton, as ISIS,[17] supports “an international community of 1600 international scientists and is the world's leading pulsed neutron and muon source located at the UK Rutherford Appleton Laboratory near Oxford. ISIS supports an international community of around 1600 scientists who use neutrons and muons for research in physics, chemistry, materials science, geology, engineering and biology.

The laboratory has been working with CERN in Switzerland to establish the ASTRA laser which can produce a beam of electrons with a narrow range of energies.  Their aim is to produce a beam of electrons for X-ray radiation.”  (Ref: CCLRC – News and Press Releases from 2004).

“The Central Laser Facility at the CCLRC Rutherford Appleton Laboratory runs two high power lasers, Vulcan and Astra.  Astra employs Titanium Sapphire laser technology, producing ultra-short 35 femtosecond pulses (1 femtosecond+ 1 quadrillionth of a second-i.e. 1 000 000 000 000 000 femtoseconds would be one minute of that time.) Each laser pulse contains half a joule of energy and can be focussed to an intensity on target of 3 “e 10(19)Wcm(2) (equivalent to focussing all the light that falls on the surface of the Earth onto the sharp end of a pin.)

After an exhaustive search, the international collaboration decided that ISIS would also be the site for the neutrino factory, as the world’s physics community looks to the future for newer sources of power. The Joint European Torus had lain dormant for some years due to the expensive costs for running it, partly in view of the tritium factor, on account of the running costs of keeping plasma heated, and also because of the newer methods being developed, not least of all Cold Fusion. The goal of the Muon Ionisation Cooling Experiment (MICE) is to build a unique engineering technology to produce an intense beam of neutrinos at a Neutrino Factory. The ionisation cooling process is the only technique that can cool the muons fast enough since they decay in about 2 millionth of a second. The energy of the muon is reduced by passage through matter (probably liquid hydrogen) and one component of the energy is restored by acceleration with radiofrequency (RF) electric fields.

The Basic Technology Research Programme is a prestigious £100 million initiative managed by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) on behalf of all of the Research Councils

working under the auspices of Research Councils UK (RCUK). The Programme is building UK capacity in technology research to underpin the next generation of tools, techniques and processes that will impact across the scientific disciplines supported by the Research Councils and potentially form the basis of the industries of the future.

If the neutrino could be given weight, by ionisation cooling processes, then energy, in the form of matter, could be stored. In the process of cold fusion, two shrunken atoms brought closer together, could, under direct laser power, be made to collide.  To preserve the delicate evaporating light given off in this procedure applied to neutrinos, the cooling process would be an effective solution. And if the team at Oxford could demonstrate the efficacy of the system, they would also shed light on the missing antimatter of the Big Bang, since matter and anti-matter  are thought to have been generated in equal quantities, and, according to theory, they should have annihilated each other in a flash of energy.

Using the novel technique of the MICE programme at the UK Research Centre in Oxfordshire, ‘the whole line of new accelerators from Neutrino Factories to Muon Colliders’ is employed. The

Cherenkov radiation which comes about in the collision of the laser beams (Astra and Vulcan)  causes  an “optical shockwave,” which can be detected by photomultiplier tubes. The neutrino is recorded as soon as it enters the detector, and information about the direction of the neutrino can be gathered. It was this type of detector that recorded the neutrino burst from the supernova 1987a. It was thought that neutrinos would also be produced from other events such as the collision of neutron stars.

Much of the visible light comes from the decay of radioactive elements produced by the supernova shock wave, and even the light from the explosion itself is scattered by dense and turbulent gases. There has been excited speculation about the exact timing of the signal after the stellar collapse; it is hoped that the neutrino signal will provide a useful advance warning of an exploding star.

The difficulties encountered in detecting neutrinos have involved various methods, involving immersing the neutrino in a tank of carbon tetrachloride, where it would, itself a lepton, convert a chlorine atom into one of argon. The fluid would be purged periodically with helium gas which would remove the argon. The helium would then be cooled to separate  out the argon.  The detectors failed, however, to determine the direction of the incoming neutrino.

It was of key importance that they demonstrate the efficacy of the MICE system, for if they could  achieve  efficient production of neutrinos through their laser beam pipeline, they could open a tourist site, a spokesman for the project said to the BBC. CERN, in Switzerland, has 40,000 tourists a year, and is an encouragement for children to study science. Future funding for the Factory was dependent on proving that the system worked.

‘TABLE TOP’ PARTICLE ACCELERATORS

Imperial College London, leader of the research group have successfully demonstrated      a new technique that could help shrink the cost and size of future particle accelerators.

“Ultimately our work could lead to the development of an accelerator that scientists could put in  a university basement,” said Professor Karl Krushelnik. “Such a small-scale local facility would give many scientists the ability to run experiments that currently they can only do at national or international centres.”[18]

Any sustained attempt to understand how people could be trapped within their own bodies, eventually  leads one to the study of the entrapment of plasma in nuclear processes, and to the realisation that  the history of human control must be intertwined with that of plasma physics. [19]

CODE OF ETHICS FOR SCIENCE

After a persistent effort to gain an answer to my  requests for information about the exact code of ethics for the involvement of human subjects in experimentation from the Minister for Science and Technology, Lord Sainsbury, and from Sir David King, Chief Scientific Adviser to HM Government, and Head of the Office of Science and Technology, I eventually received the following answer to my request from the a policy adviser in Biomedical Ethics at The Wellcome Trust, who responded on behalf of Dr Mark Walport, the Director  in charge of the largest medical research budget in the United Kingdom:

“The code of ethics for science has not yet been formulated, and is still being discussed by a committee (the Council for Science and Technology) of leading experts in various disciplines. Members include Dr Walport and Sir David King. The idea behind that code would be to create an ethical framework for scientists which would be equivalent to the Hippocratic oath for doctors. However, this is still at a preliminary stage of discussion.”

2oth July, 2004

I understand that it is no longer necessary for doctors to take the Hippocratic Oath.

A senior member of the House of  Lords  [20]who has worked tirelessly on behalf of the incapacitated[21] and the very great risk to them of being used in unauthorised experimentation, wrote to me to say that the most recent paper she had had from the government with regard to the  Bill and its provisions for protection states: “ ‘Research on incapacitated will only be carried out if a research ethics committee agrees that the project is necessary…..Codes of practice will be prepared for that purpose”… So ….we just don’t seem to have one yet!’ “

Two days ago I received a desperate plea from a  Muslim woman in the Netherlands asking me for help against electronic harassment of a 13 year old boy who is being sexually abused from a distance, and the cooking and burning of his skin. A little girl of four years old was also being manipulated. She writes:
“We are citizens and Muslim women and mothers who fight against coercive Tactics Network in the Netherlands, and need your support and assistance. We mothers should stand for our right of freedom and our children.  Help us to bring this crime court to fight for our freedom, security and justice.

I can not allow them (controlling) our life as amusement and abusing our children sexually/mentally…etc etc.

I need also a great advocates to help us to Fight Against Coercive Tactics Network – electronic harassments.

FACT uses “coercive psychological systems” as an umbrella term to include all types of unethical mind control such as brainwashing, thought reform, destructive persuasion and coercive persuasion.  Because different terms are used in different contexts, it was necessary to select one umbrella term to encompass all references to this growing danger.”

Respectfully,

This appeal comes after numerous conversations with distressed mothers,  psychotherapists and highly outspoken campaigners against the ritual abuse of children and young people all over the United Kingdom, desperately seeking help  to protect their children from extensively organised paedophile groups, most notably, in the experience of the writer at least, in Kent.

The desire to make something ‘one’s own’ will invariably be guided by the pick ‘n mix method, one supposes. For anyone who has fallen foul of an ambitious opportunist and/or wannabee vedette with establishment backing, the  ‘inevitable‘ publication (for what star wants to remain silent forever) will be vindicating; if not personally, at least in terms of theoretical conjectures.
