The day was clear. Not a cloud in the sky. The UFO, was shiny like polished stainless steel. Two friends and myself were traveling by car, on our way back to Chicago from Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

The UFO was positioned on the passenger side of the car windshield near the top of the windshield.  It maintained about the same altitude as we watched it for approx. five minutes. It moved slowly toward the top left corner of the windshield.
Suddenly it started moving fast. Then it was gone. It moved faster than anything we possessed as winged aircraft
at the time. I have seen nothing since.

Franklin County North Carolina Vanishing Aircraft

Various Dates and time.

Over the last 6 years I have noticed what seem to be "vanishing" aircraft. The first two on Long Island 1999 and 2000. I noticed the aircraft while I was driving, saw it was a plane, looked back down at the road, caught a flash out of the corner of my eye where it was, looked back up and the craft was gone. As there wasn't much detail to what I saw, I figured it could be anything. I mean, I was driving and looking at the sky as usual, and these bits and pieces that I did see could have been anything - but the plane, both times, was gone. The second time it happened I pulled over and searched the sky - it wasn't there. I didn't know what to think, so I dropped it.

In 2003 I was sitting on my front steps one summers day and I heard a jet going overhead. I looked up - yep, a jet. As I was not expecting what happened next, I again didn't pay much attention to it. I looked down for maybe three seconds, looked back up again - no plane. I heard it - but it wasn't there. I got up and searched the cloudless sky - I could hear it, I could hear the jet engine, but not see it.

Summer of 2004 I would go out on what I call "the patio" in the back of the Middle School in Franklin County NC that I sometimes sub at. I have learned to "watch" the sky more closely. In the summer of 2004 I saw a tube craft. I watched as it slowly made its way across the sky. It had no wings and was not a chopper. I looked down two seconds and looked up again - yep, gone. Searched the sky's - nothing. It was then I noticed the same craft (?) following the same flight path at the same speed again. It was like a rewind. I got one of the kitchen workers to look too. I asked: What do you see? She said - What is that - a tube? I asked if she saw wings on it and she said no, it just looked like a tube.

She went back inside and of course - looked up and it was gone again. I sat down thinking about this, looked up - yep, rewind - same craft following the same flight path for a third time. It was like it was playing games with me. This time I watched it slowly drift out of sight. That was the last "flyby" until yesterday.

On March 18, I had just arrived out on "the patio" and looked up. I spotted another craft. In the time it took to see it - register in my head that I saw it - follow up on it looking for "wings" or some identifying marks - It vanished. Now this time it did not just vanish from the sky. It vanished from front to back. In other words, it was like it flew into something - like a cloud. There just weren't any clouds. It just vanished from front to back like it was flying into something.

The first three above were planes - the last mentioned here were wingless craft. I am not as interested in the UFOs as I am in the planes as I have had "experiences" going on in my life for 50 years. Has anyone defined this "vanishing plane" enigma yet?

Full Description of event/sighting: I was standing outside my home letting the dogs out when I looked up like I always do to see the night sky. I heard nothing but at the top of the trees I saw a really bright ,white ball of light. It was so bright, but still it didn't hurt my eyes to look at it. The light moved from northeast to the southwest. It did not move fast. I stood there dumb founded at what I was seeing. It moved on over the trees and was gone. Now the next few nights I didn't sleep very well. I did tell my daughter, mom, sisters, and friends. They believed me. I wish I had a picture of it. The pictures you have here on this site comes close.

Florida Keys, Florida Unusual Object Filmed From My Boat

Full Description of event/sighting: First, I want to say that I think that you are doing an excellent job spreading the reality of how very small we all really are, and how much we all still have to learn as humanity before we're ever going to know all of the details as far as why for what reason we're being visited.

I stumbled upon your site one night while browsing, and had I not, I most certainly wouldn't go through all of my digital pictures with a fine toothed comb as I do now.

It's absolutely amazing how much our naked eyes don't see, but the digital camera does! This also goes for digital audio too!

Anyway, here's what happened: My wife, some friends, and I were pleasure boating about 1-2 miles from shore while the sun was coming down on March 6, 2005. I started taking pictures of everyone on the boat, not being quite so sure whether or not I was getting enough light because I had an older digital camera which has auto focus.

I got to the port side of the boat, and looked out at the beautiful sunset. While I was adjusting my position, an area above where the sun was going down "flickered" or got slightly brighter, however, the sun which was below had not gotten brighter at all. So I started to take pictures anyway.

I was further compelled to do so because of seeing a "tail" in the sky that I thought was probably a jet flying at a high altitude. However, this "tail" didn't seem to disappear, or move across the sky. It just stayed stationary. So, I took another picture of it.

From as far away as I was, I wasn't able to tell much about the exact shape of the object that "flickered." At the time, it looked like it had a side or two that were actually "edges." I know that clouds don't naturally form "edges," and if they did, they most certainly wouldn't have the ability to keep their form for long.

I showed my wife how the cloud was changing, but not moving, and that it looked like it had an edge, but she refuses to accept anything other than clouds.

When I showed the others, they just laughed at me, and told me that it was only the clouds, and to have a drink. They had all mostly been drinking, and I had not, so instead of arguing my point (as is always with drunk people), I just stayed quiet, and took some more pictures.

I also wanted to make sure it wasn't my camera playing tricks on me, so I sat on the edge of the boat, and took another shot at the strange "edged" cloud, except this time, I turned the camera sideways. This way, I was sure to get it both angles. What amazed me was one of the pictures shows it turn to 3 sides, and then another showing an almost "squared off" appearance with even 4 sides!

I will be happy to send you all the pictures I have, if you want them.

I also noticed to the left what seemed to be a darker triangular shaped object which seemed to be stationary too, but I wasn't sure if I could catch it with the camera. When I got home and downloaded all of the shots, I was blown away by what I had found. Earlier in the afternoon before I even saw any of this stuff, I decided to get some shots of the sun, clouds, water, etc. Another big surprise...to the left side of the picture, I could clearly make out an outline of an object that was in the same color as the clouds, but was clearly shaped with edges of "cloud" color/cover.

Maybe I'm just looking too hard, but who can help it now with so many thousands of others seeing similar!

Kaufman County, Texas Several Blinking Lights ?

Hi Brian,

This clip was on 03-12-2005, also, but later around 8:30 p.m. I noticed several blinking lights in the western sky at about 11 o'clock high and was trying to get some of them on film. I managed to get some but all of a sudden this bright white light came on and appeared to be coming my way. Before I could get ready for it to come by, it blinked back off. It appears to be moving quite fast back toward the west. I had nearly forgot about this one till I was getting the other clip for you. I think the 12th was the same night I was watching a high flying jet heading to the northwest. Usually I would be taping it for a while, but this time I was just watching. There was a fairly bright star nearly due north it was about to pass, when this star started really brightening up like turning up a dimmer switch. After the jet past, it dimmed back down to a regular starlight. Of course I taped the star, but am not sure if I got any of it dimming back down or not. When I run across it, if I did catch the dimming, I'll send it to you. I really don't think it was a star, but it never moved from that spot as long as I watched it. Anyway, here's the clip and some grabs of this one.

Kansas City, Missouri Fast Moving Unknown

Date:  March 13, 2005

Time:  About 2:45-3:00 p.m.

The Sunday before this, I had the same experience. I looked up at just the right moment to catch the reflection. The pictures on Rense.com are exactly what I saw. It was silent, fast, and undetectable unless I had looked up at just the right time. I live in KC, Missouri. It was heading south with out a sound or contrail. I saw other jets in the sky and the speed of this thing was ridiculous.

Additional Information:

It was Sunday 3/13/05, and the day was as clear as I've seen for a long time, i.e. no "Chemtrails". The usual jet traffic was seen with short contrails marking the sky. I was out hitting golf balls about 2:45-3:00 in the afternoon. I had an expensive pair of sunglasses on, so there isn't a lot of distortion or darkening, just clear resolution.

I looked at the sky just noticing the clarity of the day and a reflection caught my attention. It was 3/4 the way from the southern horizon; therefore it covered 3/4 of the sky in the time I watched it out of sight. As you know a commercial jet takes a decent amount of time to make this distance, but this one was out of sight in no more than 20-30 seconds. Like I said before, not trailing, jet noise or rumble, no sonic boom, and no contrail. I even noticed the bullfrogs croaking and breeze against my face. The way the sun was reflecting off of it was also different. Like your pictures there were times when it reflected and didn't; therefore hard to pick up. Even though it was flying in a straight line, the reflection affect made it look almost like a wobble. It was also too high in the air to get a fix on the shape.

If I wouldn't have looked up at just the right moment, I'd never have seen it. By the way the jet-stream that day was blowing in a NE direction, no weather balloons.

Vancouver, British Columbia Green UFO Photographed

Hello Brian,

I'm writing today to share a recent photograph.

This green UFO was photographed over downtown Vancouver on Monday March 14, 2005. Although there had been numerous sightings in the Pacific Northwest Region and into BC on the 12th, my photograph is probably a little late
to have captured that event. However, it did arrive early for St. Patrick's Day (March 17th) and dressed in an appropriate color I might add.

In the original frame the signs on the buildings are clearly detailed, indicating that the object was at some altitude above the ground and not close to the lens as people might suspect. In the camera's macro mode (used in taking this photograph), the autofocus system will shorten the focal distance when something is up close to the lens, resulting in a blurred and unfocussed
background against which the well-focused foreground object appears. This effect does not occur in the UFO photograph. Readers can compare the UFO image with many other images that do show this effect in the photo gallery

Houston, Texas At Westheimer And Highway 6-S Black Triangular Object

Date:  March 17, 2005

Full Description of event/sighting: I was going home from work and noticed what seemed to be an unusual amount of  aircraft and/or helicopters which had the blinking lights that you always see. It wasn't yet dark but was getting close to being dark. It was difficult to determine due to the distance from my vehicle as to whether I was seeing planes, helicopters or both. Then, all of a sudden I saw a black triangular object not too far away from one of the planes or helicopters. It did not have any lights that I could see. It seemed very strange to see an object of this shape traveling across the sky. It was flying towards the direction of my car and it had a slight wobble to it as it flew consistently in the direction of my car. It seemed to fly in the clouds but the clouds were spaced enough that you could see the object and its shape quite well. It was hard to determine the size of the object but I would say that it was definitely much larger than a jet.

I had the sense that it was intentionally trying to hide its existence within the clouds. Once it went past my car, I turned my car around and drove into a nearby parking lot so that I could continue to watch the object. By the time I found a place to park and got out of my car, it became darker and I could no longer see the object. I waited for 10 minutes to see if it may come back in my direction but I never saw it again. Of course, I didn't notice any lights on the object so if it did come back, due to the sudden darkness, it would have no longer been visible unless it would have come down below the clouds. As I got back into my car to go home, I noticed the planes and or helicopters in the sky with blinking lights seemed to be circling the area. I then called the Harris County Sheriff's Dept. I reported what I saw. I was told that they were conducting life flight landings in the area with helicopters. I told them that what I saw was absolutely not a helicopter nor a plane.

It was definitely a craft in the shape of triangle. I have to wonder if there really were helicopters conducting life flight landings. It sure seems coincidental that at the same time I observed this triangular object that they would be conducting life flight landings. I had the sense that they were trying to locate and observe this triangular object. I have had a very difficult time trying to find an agency to report this to. I was given the NASA phone number by the Sheriff's department but decided that they would only keep this information secret. Please, if anyone in Houston saw this, please contact me.

Terrace, B.C. Lights Form A Triangular Shape

Date:  March 17, 2005

Time:  Evening

Last night March, 17, 2005 there were two lights floating in the air. After just hovering for maybe 5 minutes after we spotted them they started to dart around, almost as if playing with each other. For about 2 minutes they darted around, then they got closer allowing us to see there triangular shapes. They were mostly just glowing a kind of whitish color, but they gave off a few blue and red flashes.

After they stopped darting around, they stayed stationary for almost an entire minute before darting across the sky. They traveled at an incredible rate of speed. After watching them fly off it didn't take long before we lost sight of the objects. I am starting to think Terrace is a real UFO hot spot. This summer I am going be out every starry night till I get some video footage, but I'm going save up to get a better camera, mine can't get anything done in the night sky.

Bloomington, Indiana Unknown Object Caught On Film

Hello Brian,

This is Mark, I'm Breaking in the new digital camera and here's something I caught Friday Night, sky conditions were cloudy time was around 9:00 p.m.

The object at first I thought was a plane, but looked up away from the camera and seen it wasn't moving. It was in a gap between the clouds, just sitting there, I also grabbed a few stills and enhanced them, sorry the camera was shaky I was free handing it and still not used to the camera. The object disappeared behind the clouds and after sitting and waiting for 20
minutes I gave up.

Toronto, Ontario Unknown Craft With Blinking Lights

Date:  March 19, 2005

Time:  9:00 p.m.

Message: I saw a craft which had four lights on it. Two of them were odd blinking lights. It was zooming by and it looked like just a blur. I saw it two hours ago, 9:00 o'clock when I went out for a smoke. I've been sitting outside since. I live in Toronto and I saw it heading south towards United States. It was flying extremely low and really quiet. At first I thought it was some kind of bomber or something. But it slowed down, then took off completely. It didn't make any noise and that's what scared me. It could be nothing but I've hearing reports on news stations in America that lots of people are seeing something similar so I have decided to report this. Thank you.
