7. "Browning, Daniel." PARTICLE BEAMS FROM SPACE: THE SECRET WAR OF THE HARVEST MOON. Self Publications, no date (mid '90s). Lg. spiral bound, 102pp, already scarce. I'm not going to attempt to attempt to describe it, but will limit myself to advising that you'd better have a mind that works much like a computer, because there are plenty of 9-digit decimal place numbers in here. You probably also need a mind akin to that of a schizophrenic (or perhaps idiot-savant), for no routinely pedestrian mind will ever give this work a chance to sink in. It's rare, though, and all volumes autographed by author. New condition, $200.00

25. Loch, E. Erskine. FEVER, FAMINE AND GOLD. Putnam's, 1938. HC, 1st. Am. Ed., 257pp. Another Llanganate book, little regarded by the professionals but with valuable information regarding the Llanganates—one of the most impossible environments on Earth, and possible site of Inca treasure diverted there as news of Atahualpa's strangling by the Spaniards reached the gold caravans heading for Cajamarca. Quite scarce, this will be a fair copy in fair dj. $70.00
26. Turolla, Pino. BEYOND THE ANDES. Harper, 1980. HC, 1st prtg, 364pp. For those following the flap regarding the new developments about the Caves of the Tayos, in Ecuador, here is an essential piece of reading—offsetting the claims being made by one of the parties involved in the 1960s discoveries. Good in torn jacket, a great read on any level, and check out the harrowing encounter the author has with hideous, howling somethings in the Cave of the Paute. $25.00
***Also, one autographed copy coming in, in jacket, reserve at $35.00***
27. Wingate, Richard. LOST OUTPOST OF ATLANTIS. Everest House, 1980. HC, 1st ed., 168pp. A book based essentially on Padre Crespi's astonishing collection of ……….well, what are all those things, anyway!? They are supposed to be artifacts excavated from mounds and other sites not yet found by white men in Ecuador, and brought to the padre by Indians. Von Daniken was taken in by this collection (or at least he used it for his own agenda) and Wingate is trying to capitalize on Von Daniken. But Turolla (previous entry) has the skinny on what these objects really are, and what Crespi's mental state was. Good or better in dj, getting harder to find now, $25.00
Nos. 1-27 are nearly all one-of-a-kind. Act immediately! NEW TITLES FOR APRIL: Listen, people—there are only 2 items newly published this month. I have found a few other titles on subjects that some of our customers like, but in general this is the most pathetic group of new offerings in a long time. That means you'll have to order the older titles that you didn't order before! Get over it, live with it, deal with it! I am listing all the strictly new items here. All else qualifies as recently received titles.
28. Agrippa, Henry Cornelius. THE FOURTH BOOK OF OCCULT PHILSOSPHY. Weiser, 2004. Trade softbound, 224pp. If you already own the first 3 books, you will want the 4th to complete the classic occult work. New, $40.00
29. Carter, John. SEX AND ROCKETS. Feral House, 2004, trade softcover. Softbound edition now available, all about what really went on at the JPL in the days when followers of Aleister Crowley got their hands on a real laboratory. $16.95
30. Case, John. THE GENESIS CODE. Trade softcover. I don't know much about this—am listing it on title alone. It's either about a coded language worked into the book of Genesis, or (more likely) some kind of study of DNA and its link to the first humans. Try it—it's cheap enough at $13.95
31. Connors, Wendy, complier. SWAMP GAS: THE 1966 MICHIGAN UFO FLAP. Faded Discs, 2005. MP3, approx. 7 hours of content. One of the few unfortunate utterances made by J. Allen Hynek was the opinion that "swamp gas" was behind that big flap. That phrase caused a far bigger flap indeed! $19.95. See many other wonderful Wendy Connors items later in this catalog.
32. Johnson, Robert B., Jr. THE PARTHENON CODE: MANKIND'S HISTORY IN MARBLE. Bidi, 2005. Another book I don't have full information on, but you can get the idea from the title. $29.95 in hardcover.
33. Matthews, John. SECRET LIVES OF ELVES AND FAIRIES FROM THE PRIVATE JOURNALS OF ROBERT Kirk. Element, 2005. HC, paging not known at press time. The 17th century Protestant minister was quite matter-of-fact about such creatures—but from what source did he obtain his information? Celtic scholar Matthews tries to determine the answer. $29.95
34. Milner, George. MOUNDBUILDERS. Trade softbound, 2005. Now available at a cheaper price, great study of the moundbuilding cultures in the U.S. $22.50
35. Patterson, Roger, and Murphy, Christopher. THE BIGFOOT FILM CONTROVERSY. Hancock House, 2005. Trade softcover, 264pp. A welcome new arrival for those who don't own the rare original Do Abominable Snowmen of America Really Exist?, for this is a reprint of that controversial book. But it is much more, too, as it has 81 pages of additional material compiled by Christopher Murphy, including color photos from the film. A truly updated key BF classic, $22.95
36. Phillips, Graham. THE VIRGIN MARY CONSPIRACY: THE TRUE FATHER OF CHRISTIANITY AND THE TOMB OF THE VIRGIN. Trade softcover, 2005, continuing Graham Phillips' work on clarifying the relationships among the innermost circle of first-generation Christians. $18.00
37. THE CRYPTOZOOLOGY REVIEW. Vol 4:2, Autumn 2004. Final Issue of this excellent cryptozoological journal, with a "compendium of Cryptids", and articles on Giant Squid and New Zealand's "Giant Gecko" among other items. A fine farewell to a fine publication, $5.95
38. FLYING SAUCER FANTASIA. No. 3. 5 ½ x 8 ½, 796pp (DEFinitely the fattest UFO periodical ever published). As in previous issues, the suspicion is that editor Konstantine Zelator writes most of the contributions here under a variety of odd pseudonyms. This issue contains a 50-page piece by "exopolitician" Michael Salla about the motivations and activities of ET races. There are 2 articles by one Olban Vagon (try playing with the letters—some name or other will probably turn up. Hey, I've got it—Voona Blang), one the length of an entire book ("UFO & Alien Encounters From Around the Globe") and the other a 55-page commentary on the UMMO case. The editor adds an article on UFO propulsion, and there are several articles concerning "alternate realities," whose authors are probably alternates themselves. And one Michael Lawrence Morton contributes 2 pieces, one on Yahweh and the Nibirans, the other on "Mars-Y2K Moment Encoding Found?" (sic). It ain't over until the fat publication is read, so fork over $32.00 immediately.
ALSO AVAILABLE: No. 1, $9.95, and No. 2, 700+ pages, $28.00
38. INTERNATIONAL UFO REPORTER. Summer 2004, Vol 29:2. Cover feature is "More Satellite Objects," referring to smaller UFOs seen in association with much larger ones. Also, articles by David Jacobs, Michael Swords, Ron Westrum, Jerome Clark and George Eberhart. $6.00
38A. NEXUS NEW TIMES. Vol 12:2, 84pp. One Charles Hall speaks of seeing tall aliens in contact at Nellis AFB in the 1960s; UFOs over India; New World Order of the Round Table; toxic vaccines part 2; another claim that Tunguska "meteorite" was destroyed by "intelligentlyi guided plasma spheres. Book reviews, etc. $4.95
RECENTLY ADVERTISED TITLES: Compiled from previous catalogs.
39. Alexander, Steve, and Douglas, Karen. CROP CIRCLE YEARBOOK 2004. Temporary Temples, 2004. I have fewer than 10 coming in, last call, at $30.00
40. Balter, Michael. THE GODDESS AND THE BULL: AN ARCHAEOLOGICAL JOURNEY TO THE DAWN OF CIVILIZATION. Free Pr., 2005. HC, 1st ed., 400pp, photos. World Class archaeology at Catal Huyuk (sorry, no umlauts on this keyboard), site of a 9500-year old settlement which is still yielding details of life not long after The Cataclysm. The precarious relationship between the archaeologists and the hyper-emotional Turkish political situation is also revealed. Another keeper for those who enjoy archaeology, $27.00
41. Bell, Art, and Strieber, Whitley. THE COMING GLOBAL SUPERSTORM. Pocket Bks, 1999. HC, 1st prtg, 255pp. Let's leap ahead of the scientists a little here. Let's say outright that global warming is real and that it is a direct effect of human overpopulation. The authors argue that global warming will push the North Atlantic Current to a more southerly track, opening the way for an assault of Arctic air—bringing with it a super-blizzard—throughout the northern hemisphere. A few years ago this book was considered "alarmist." Now it's making people nervous. New condition, remainder mark on bottom edge, Now $14.95
42. Bishop, Greg. PROJECT BETA: THE STORY OF PAUL BENNEWITZ, NATIONAL SECURITY AND THE CREATION OF A MODERN UFO MYTH. Paraview Pocket, 2005. Trade softcover, 270pp. Ufology suffered a ruinous mental breakdown around 1985, allowing a truly psychotic element to break through to the surface and to flourish for a good 12 or 14 years. One can still hear echoes of the psychosis today-one need only go to a UFO conference to overhear deranged "insiders" spinning tales so well rehearsed that their tellers have transformed themselves from pathological liars into true believers. The level of psychosis is uncomfortably high throughout this book, but at least we now have as good an explanation as we are likely to get as to how and why this chapter in UFO history was created. After accidentally flying over the apparent wreckage of a then-top-secret F117 fighter, Bennewitz, already gone 'round the bend with delusions of alien invasions of Earth, began notifying media outlets and even Ronald Reagan to warn them of the impending danger. Air Force investigators paid Bennewitz a visit, and so did Bill Moore, then a civilian ufologist at the height of his writing career. The Air Force and Moore struck a deal; the Air Force launched a personalized psy-war blitz against Bennewitz, forcing him to go crazier than he already was, while Moore had the job of keeping tabs on Bennewitz. In return, the Air Force would leak secret UFO data to Moore. Bennewitz ended up in a mental institution, and Ufology ended up in an uproar, as closet psychos began turning out hideous, twisted, schizoid ravings about alien bases under Dulce, NM, government deals with aliens, and wars between Heaven and Earth, with human souls as the spoils. I am embarrassed to admit that Arcturus Books contributed no small amount to the spread of that psychosis, in publishing the first two volumes of the "Matrix" series. Even we could not see through the deception that had erupted suddenly at the time. It fooled almost the whole top echelon of UFO researchers and writers as well. Ufology was largely ruined by this episode, for no-one is his / her right mind would now want to associate with such dysfunctional misfits—much less with aliens, who were now jamming excruciating probes into human orifices. All ufologists need to read this disturbing book. When you're through, pull a few of your '50s saucer classics from your shelf and that dirty feeling you have will disappear. $14.00
43. Bontempo, Pat. THE HELGOLAND CRASH: A DISSECTION OF A HOAX. The author, 2004. 40pp, stapled. This non-Roswell UFO crash allegedly took place in 1954, and was detailed in a New York magazine. Over the years the story has been defended and deflated. As part of the author's own crashed-saucer research, he made a dogged effort to track down the details of the story—and here are the results. Bargain at only $4.95
44. Buhner, Stephen Harrod. SECRET TEACHINGS OF PLANTS: THE INTELLIGENCE OF THE HEART IN THE DIRECT PERCEPTION OF NATURE. Bear, 2004. Trade softbound, 320pp. Take a look at this Gnostic-sounding notion as applied to plants. It draws on inspirations gleaned by such master perceivers as Goethe and Luther Burbank, who seem to have known just how to tune into the plant world. It's gotta be better than the human world…….$18.00
45. Coleman, Loren. THE COPYCAT EFFECT: HOW THE MEDIA AND POPULAR CULTURE TRIGGER THE MAYHEM IN TOMORROW'S HEADLINES. Paraview, 2004. Trade softbound, 306pp. Hear about the wanna-be mama who recently murdered an 8-month-pregnant woman, C-sectioned the fetus and then showed it off with her husband (who protested ignorance of the whole scheme) as her own child? Gruesome enough for you? I would venture that we ain't seen nothin' yet. The case is a perfect example of the sort of thing the media exults over—in the process making Coleman's point. $14.00
46. Connors, Wendy. FRANK EDWARDS: FLYING SAUCERS AND RADIO NEWS. Faded Discs, 2004. MP3. 11 tracks, 7 Hrs. 51 Mins running time. Included here are a medley of Edwards newscasts, 1952-4; medleys of other radio vignettes re paranormal; lecture at Detroit FS Club; 2 hours of Edwards on Long John Nebel, and a number of other reprises. Wonderful stuff, $19.95
47. Connors, Wendy. SAUCEROLOGY: TALES OF GIANT ROCK. Faded Discs, 2005. MP3, 14 hours, 18 mins running time. 23 tracks, arranged chronologically. This has GOT to be the all-time best UFO audio collection ever compiled—and that's really saying something, for Wendy Connors has already set the standard for resurrecting old-time saucer sound. You will find Truman Bethurum in a 1954 radio interview, close to 3 hours of Richard Miller, half an hour of Buck Nelson, the rarely heard William Ferguson in a half-hour description of his Mars trips, Daniel Fry on Long John, John Otto, ditto, Bryant & Helen Reeve at Michigan convention, Reinhold Schmidt, 2 interviews plus lecture, Howard Menger in 1958 radio interview, plus the complete "authentic music from outer space," Wayne Aho, Daniel Fry vs. Philip Klass, and over an hour of……(ready?)…..Woodrow Derenberger! It has to be the greatest audio ever offered to the saucer community. We've been saying it for some time now—1950s ufology is the ONLY ufology with any life in it! You must buy this one—and please see all the other MP3 discs now available from Wendy Connors, continued below! $25.00
48. Connonrs, Wendy. COPS AND SAUCERS: LAW ENFORCEMENT AND UFOS, AN AUDIO HISTORY 1957-1981. Faded Discs, 2004. MP3, 41 tracks, 12 hours, 6 mins running time. Includes 2 items on the Levelland, TX classic of Nov., 1957; much on the Dale Spaur Ohio saucer chase, and dozens of others, all involving law enforcement witnesses or investigators. The perfect item for those who want their ufology to be reputable! Or maybe you just like uniforms. $19.95
****OTHER GREAT AUDIO COLLECTIONS FROM WENDY CONNORS****
49. Connors, Wendy. FLYING SAUCERS AND FOUR GUYS NAMED GEORGE: ADAMSKI, VAN TASSSEL, WILLIAMSON & KING. Faded Discs, 2004. MP3. Many hours of audio here! George Adamski is the central figure in all of ufology. Without him, in fact, there ain't none. So he needs to be listened to closely, and here is your one and only chance. Same for Williamson, a troubled but important figure in the early days. Van Tassel & King are among those who gave Ufology a pretty bad name, admittedly, but they too have their place in the pantheon. $25.00
50. Connors, Wendy. THE FIRST UFOLOGIST: MAJOR DONALD E KEYHOE. Faded Discs, 2004. MP3, 10 hours running time, printable guide. Audio from Keyhoe, whose crusades against the government cover-up of UFO information made him the darling of conspiracy-minded types throughout the first 15 years of ufology. While his books can still be harvested for some great data, you won't have a full understanding of the man and his mind-set until you've heard him speak about the subject which occupied him from the 1940s to the end of his long life. $20.00
51. PROJECT MAGNET. WILBERT B. SMITH: CANADA'S SEARCH FOR FLYING SAUCERS. MP3, 2004. Over 7 hrs of material!. $19.95
52. UFOLOGY: A PRIMER IN AUDIO, 1939-1959. MP3, 2004. Running time about 8 hours. Huge collection of classic sound bytes, with Ruppelt, Jessup, etc. $19.95
54. HIGH STRANGENESS: MEN IN BLACK, MOTHMAN, FLATWOODS MONSTER & HAIRY BIPEDS IN UFOS. MP3, 2004. Over 7 Hrs of material!! $19.95
55. CE-IV: AN AUDIO HISTORY OF ALIEN ABDUCTIONS & ANIMAL MUTILATION, 1957-1976. Mp3, 2004. With a whopping 25 ½ hours of content, $30.00 56. DR. JAMES E. MCDONALD: AN AUDIO RETROSPECTIVE. The author, 2004. Mp3. Running time about 11 hours. The perfect audio complement to any serious study of ufology's James E. McDonald, the earnest and unfortunate scientist who, like M. K. Jessup before him, tilted with the government over UFOs and lost. $19.95
57. Cope, Julian. THE MEGALITHIC EUROPEAN. Thorsons, 2004. HC, small folio, 496pp. Numerous color photos. This new book is nothing less than the very best gathering of information and photographs of megalithic sites to be published since the invention of the camera. His first book will stand as a fine collection of data for megaliths of the UK. This new one is unsurpassed as a guide to megalithic sites all over the rest of Europe, from Scandinavia to Malta, including sites almost never photographed on islands such as Minorca, Sardinia and Corsica. This book has just earned a "perfect 10" rating in the current Fortean Times. $59.95
58. Corliss, William R., compiler. SCIENCE FRONTIER II: MORE ANOMALIES AND CURIOSITIES OF NATURE. Sourcebook Project, 2004. Lg. softbound, 2004, 338pp. "More" is right—in fact, LOTS more! The contents break out into 44 pages for archaeological anomalies, 40 for Astronomy, 114 for Biological, 30 for geology, 45 for geophysics, 31 for psychology and 20 for Chemistry, Physics & Math. This book also just got a "10" in current Fortean Times! $21.95
59. Dennett, Preston. UFOS OVER CALIFORNIA. Schiffer, 2004. trade softbound, 224pp. 36 color photos. With over 5000 sightings logged, California leads the U.S. in that department. Here is a study of the state's UFO history, with material on native American sightings, early UFO accounts, 1896 airship cases, the 1942 Battle of L.A., celebrity UFO sightings, landings at California USAF bases (including Edwards). Also, cases involving healings, implants, and sightings involving lakes and the Pacific. Sounds like a winner, $14.95
60. Feschino, Frank Jr. THE BRAXTON COUNTY MONSTER: THE COVER-UP OF THE FLATWOODS MONSTER REVEALED. Quarrier Press, 2004. HC, 350pp, 70 illus. Autographed by Author. Epilogue by Stanton Friedman. This new work on the subject is the result of 14 years' worth of research. It goes far beyond the scope of any previous study, suggesting that the government brainwashed the most important witnesses while covering up the truth about Flatwoods—which was actually an alien rescue mission! $29.95
61. Gardner, Laurence. LOST SECRETS OF THE SACRED ARK. Element, 2004. Trade softbound, approx. 383pp. Nicholas DeVere collaborated with the author on this book—which may account for many of the bizarre statements made about the Ark, the Grail, Templars and bloodlines. Now in softbound, $18.95
62. Gess, Denise, and Lutz, William. FIRESTORM AT PESHTIGO. A TOWN, ITS PEOPLE, AND THE DEADLIEST FIRE IN AMERICAN HISTORY. Holt, 2002. HC, 265pp, photos, bibliog., index. This was the other fire that happened on Oct. 8, 1871. Most people don't know about this one because the more spectacular Chicago Fire got all the headlines that day. This is the story of the "tornado of fire, more than 1000 feet high and five miles wide" which roared through Peshtigo, WI, killing more than 2200 people and destroying 2400 square miles of forest. The story has been recorded in a number of the '50s and '60s Fortean-style books, but here's a whole book, with rare photos, to make the horrific event come alive for you. New, published at $26.00, now only $14.95
63. Goble, Edwin G., and May, Wayne N. THIS LAND: ZARAHEMLA AND THE NEPHITE NATION. Anc. Am. Archaeology Fdn., 2003. Trade softbound, 217pp, photo-illus. If this sounds like a book dealing with the Middle East, you're wrong. It's about the United States, and specifically, about the Midwest. This book attempts to set the record straight concerning an intra-Morman historical debate—whether or not there was more than one Hill Cumorah, and the location of the "land southward" from Cumorah, or Zarahemla. One need not be a Mormon interested in this debate to enjoy this book, for it contains plenty of fascinating material on the Hopewell Culture and on the Michigan Tablets, a mystery unto itself which is attracting much scholarly attention these days. There is also much on the odd, obviously non-Indian artifacts unearthed through the centuries in the Midwestern mounds. Try this—for people are just beginning to realize that the United States is a vast, unexplored territory for the open-minded archaeologist, just teeming with enigmas and out-of-place discoveries! $21.95
64. Hancock, Graham, and Bauval, Robert. TALISMAN: GNOSTICS, FREEMASONS, REVOLUTIONARIES AND THE 2000-YEAR-OLD CONSPIRACY AT WORK IN THE WORLD TODAY. Element, 2004. HC, 562pp. Notes, bibliog., index, photos. The theme for this book dates back to the days when Hancock & Bauval were doing The Message of the Sphinx together. While leaving it out of that book, the theme has proved so important to both authors that they have resurrected it as a freestanding book here. I would suggest that even in 562 pages they are only scratching the surface of the real conspiracy which involves every human ever born. $28.95
65. Hanson, Kenneth. SECRETS FROM THE LOST BIBLE. Council Oak, 2004. HC, 235pp. Rediscovered—and reinterpreted—ancient texts here "reveal vital knowledge to empower humankind." The author "tells the stories behind the ancient texts, who wrote them, why they were suppressed and why they are relevant today," as he guides readers through the Worlds of Knowing, Being, Feeling and Doing. "Find harmony among them and you align yourself with heaven." $19.95
66. Humphries, Christopher. UFOS, PSI AND SPIRITUAL EVOLUTION. AUP, 2005. Trade softbound, 274pp. This book wants to have us jog our consciousness forward. It points out that the beginning of the UFO age, in 1947, so soon after the first A-Bomb was used, suggests that there are beings out there who have the ability to jump "hundreds of light years in an instant." They do this by "teleportation," which is a "power of the mind." The same can be said of Levitation, another feat that ETs routinely perform. Therefore, "if we want to go to the stars, it is the mind and the spirit we must study, and not technology." We must, in the end, grow up if we wish to partake of all that the universe offers. Well put--and even if the individual doesn't actually make it to Alpha Centauri in his own lifetime, the time he spent trying to improve him mind / spirit will surely give him a head start on the next chapter of his eternity. Try it, $16.95
67. Imich, Alexander. INCREDIBLE TALES OF THE PARANORMAL. Bramble Bks, 1995. Trade Softbound, 238pp. Looks as though this title has been around since publication in 1995—shows as first printing. You will want this—it's a very high-level collection of studies of mediumship in Italy, Germany, Russia and China, and well worth consideration. $14.95
68. Klotz, James, and Salas, Robert. FADED GIANT. Book Surge, 2005. Trade softbound, approx 160 pages, color cover. Foreword by Ray Fowler. I will let the authors describe their book: "The Malmstrom Air Force Base missile / UFO incident was featured on the ABC News / Peter Jennings documentary "Life in the Universe." Now you can read a first-hand account of the events as told by Robert Salas and other witnesses. The post-incident investigation, involving the Air Force and defense contractors, was never able to determine the source of the missile shutdowns. The incident, the investigation and other UFO sightings are extensively documented, using declassified U.S. Air Force documents, witness interviews, photographs and drawings. Extensively footnoted.
"National Security was certainly negatively impacted when nearly 20 nuclear intercontinental ballistic missiles were rendered inoperable one morning in March 1967, while UFO came near missile installations. The official USAF position is that no UFO has ever affected national security. Is this true? After reading FADED GIANT make up your own mind."
We have sold out of the original edition advertised in February. This trade edition replaces it. You won't find this in book stores, but Arcturus has it, of course! $17.95
69. LePoer Trench, Brinsley. FINDING LOST ATLANTIS INSIDE THE HOLLOW EARTH. Global Communications, 2005. Trade softbound, 186pp. New intro by Dennis Crenshaw. This is a reprint of SECRET OF THE AGES: UFOS FROM INSIDE THE EARTH, originally published 1974. One of the first books to document its source material and take an active research approach to its subject. $21.95
70. Lewis, James R. UFOS AND POPULAR CULTURE: AN ENCYCLOPEDIA OF CONTEMPORARY MYTH. ABC-CLIO, 2000. HC, 7 x 10, 393 2-col pages. This is one of those sociological exercises, useless to ufologists and sociologists alike for lack of legitimate relevance in both fields. Emphasis is on the mythmaking aspects represented by ufology—hence its failure as a UFO research tool—but also useless in sociological circles by dint of its boring rephrasal of tired, already worn-out sociological mythmaking (they do it too, you know!). Best thing about this book is that it was published at $75.00, but is now only $49.95
71. Littrell, Helen, and Bilodeaux, Jean. RAECHEL'S EYES, VOLUME 1: THE STRANGE BUT TRUE CASE OF AN APPARENT ALIEN-HUMAN HYBRID. Granite, 2005. 73. Malkowski, Edward. WHEN IT RAINED IN EGYPT. AUP, 2004. Softbound, 285pp. this appears to be influenced by, and even based on, Augustus LePlongeon's work a century ago in Mexico and the Yucatan. LePlongeon's philology may have been (deservedly) discredited, but perhaps his concept of Atlanteans moving eastward and westward from the Yucatan, taking their culture and their cosmology with them to Egypt on the one hand and India on the other, may yet be vindicated. $17.95
74. _____. SONS OF GOD—DAUGHTERS OF MEN. GENESIS: A CLASH OF CULTURES. 2004, trade softcover, 458pp. A revolt sparked by an ancient migration by one Neolithic culture into the lands of another in Armenia leads to global repercussions over the centuries. Topics covered include the whole range of Old Testament history, prehistoric European culture and a wide range of interamerican subjects such as the dating of Tiahuanaco, the legend of Viracocha, Inca roads, etc. There is a lot of fascinating new work coming out these days regarding ancient humanity. Leave the stuffy archaeologists in the dust (their dust), and start learning about yourself!!! $17.95
75. Marrs, Jim. INSIDE JOB: UNMASKING THE 9-11 CONSPIRATORS. Softbound. This book didn't make it in time for catalog prep, but you know that the name Jim Marrs and a 9-11 conspiracy are like gasoline and a match. $16.00
76. Middleton-Jones, Howard, and Wilkie, Michael J. GIZA GENESIS: THE BEST KEPT SECRET, VOLUME 1. Galileo, 2004. Trade softbound, 256pp. Publicity says "New information never before published! Who actually built the Pyramids on the plateau, and why? Is thee really a Hall of Records under the Giza Plateau, and are mythological figures of ancient Egypt--Osiris, Anubis, Horus and others--actually the same characters represented in the Old Testament?" And so on. The sneaky way in which these questions are posed is an almost certain indicator that this book is another devious and slavering fundamentalist Christian attempt to lay some Jesus stuff on an unsuspecting reader--so be suspicious, by all means, before buying. $19.95, on a prepaid special order basis.

Advanced math required, but I'm betting that many of you are so starved for a new UFO book—ANY UFO BOOK—that you'll buy this with or without math. $15.00
79. Phillips, Graham. THE TEMPLARS AND THE ARK OF THE COVENANT. Inner Trad., 2004. Trade softcover, 1st Am. Ed., 256pp. A new twist re the whereabouts of the Ark of the Covenant—it seems that the Templars in the 13th century found in Petra, in southern Jordan, the Ark of the Covenant, as well as the "stones of fire," and brought back both of these treasures to Britain when they fled France a century later. The author turns up with the "stones of fire" by following clues hidden in old paintings, and has them tested—where they show strange properties! $16.00
80. Poynder, Michael. LOST SCIENCE OF THE STONE AGE: SACRED ENERGY AND THE I CHING. Green Magic, 2004. Lg. softbound, 199pp, many color illus. The "lost science" was an understanding of earth currents and energy flows. The author, a dowser, shows how earth energy was measured and mapped, and the tools and calculators which were used for the technological work. He maybe on to something here, and the numerous color-highlighted illustrations & photos make it easy for the reader to follow the logic (or the intuition). Bargain at $24.95

How the Company has suffered from the "profoundly human frailties of those who were chosen to lead it." If that sounds like a good recipe for an agency accountable to no-one to veer out of control, you're right. Thee are elements within America which are surely as evil as any which exist in today's tinderbox world. The CIA has become one of them. Now only $18.95
